Job summary

Aaron’s is seeking a Delivery Driver in the United States to support in-store and community-based service. This role involves driving, installing, moving, and demonstrating merchandise, with a focus on positive customer experiences.

The position offers a structured schedule, competitive pay ranging from $16.00 to $17.00 per hour, and a broad benefits package including health, retirement, and employee assistance programs. This is a store-based, on-site role with room for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the United States.
• Requires a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record per policy.
• Must be able to be DOT certified if required at location in the United States.
• Ability to work a schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 300 lbs. with assistance.
• Ability to work in all outdoor weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and securely operate the company vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise within the store.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
