Job summary

Aaron’s, Inc. in Bend, Oregon is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our fast-paced team. You will drive, install, move, and demonstrate merchandise while supporting daily store operations and customer engagement.

The role offers hourly pay ($18.25–$19.25) with a comprehensive benefits package including time off, health coverage, retirement options, and employee programs. Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver’s license and compliance with company Driver Qualification Policy.
• Must be able to obtain DOT certification if required by location.
• Experience providing good customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and securely prepare products for delivery.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise to customers.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise in the store.
• Maintain accurate route sheets and ensure daily/weekly paperwork is completed.
