AutoZone is seeking a Delivery Driver in Wisconsin to deliver automotive parts to commercial customers and DIY shoppers. You’ll drive company-provided vehicles, ensure safe, timely deliveries, and support store operations with strong customer service.

No CDL is required; basic automotive knowledge helps, and there are growth opportunities across the AutoZone network. This is a part-time, hourly position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and safety compliance.
• Basic automotive knowledge.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

Aufgaben

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts, ensuring smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers. Load and unload parts accurately per route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment.
• Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products through AutoZone systems. Maintain delivery vehicles and report any issues promptly.
