Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Delivery Driver to support commercial and DIY customers with automotive parts and services. You will operate company-provided vehicles, maintain accurate route deliveries, and assist in providing expert product knowledge in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include safe driving, loading/unloading parts, and upholding safety policies while delivering high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and safety compliance.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service to commercial and DIY customers with automotive advice and installation services.
• Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts to maintain strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations and meet time and accuracy goals per policy.
• Drive company vehicles and load/unload parts per route schedule.
• Process returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or vendors.
• Follow PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to stay safe on the road.
