Arnold Lumber Company is seeking a Delivery Driver to ensure reliable material delivery to job sites, supporting field operations through safe driving and proper vehicle care. You will load, verify, and securely transport materials, and assist with loading and storage to keep projects on schedule.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, health card, insurability, and a clean DMV record, with at least 21 years old and six months of truck driving experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and health card.
• Must be insurable for driving and have a clean DMV record.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience: Six months of driving experience driving a truck.
• Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials (50-85 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver materials to job sites as scheduled and communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Verify and secure loads, ensuring product accuracy, quality, and proper organization for safe transport.
• Perform daily vehicle and equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in delivery vehicles, the yard, and warehouse.
• Follow all procedures, including invoicing, delivery tickets, inspection reports, and processing returns for credit.
