Job summary

Farmer's Fridge in Austin, TX is hiring a Non-CDL Delivery Driver. You will drive a refrigerated van to deliver to customers, Fridges, and retail partners, using an iPad to confirm deliveries. Shift 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, 7-day availability required, hourly $24.

You will represent the company with a friendly, professional attitude; benefits include health, dental, vision, life, disability, 401K with company match, equity after 1 year, PTO, holidays, and cell phone credit.

Qualifications

• Professional driving experience, preferably with refrigerated trucks.
• Ability to use technology: computers, Microsoft, and iPads.
• Knowledge of basic van/mechanical maintenance for quick fixes.
• Ability to read and understand delivery instructions.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Non-CDL Driver.

Responsibilities

• Drive a refrigerated van to deliver food to customers, Fridges, and retail partners and use an iPad to confirm deliveries.
• Meet delivery targets by ensuring on-time deliveries and following processes.
• Be the friendly, professional face of Farmers Fridge during all deliveries.
