Silkway Express LLC is hiring Delivery Drivers and non-CDL Package Couriers at our Sterling, VA facility. You will start and end your day at the warehouse, loading packages and delivering along a GPS-guided route in a fast-paced community delivery role.

This position offers competitive hourly pay, biweekly pay with performance bonuses, overtime, and tuition reimbursement. No CDL required; reliable, safety-conscious drivers are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload the delivery vehicle with packages scheduled for delivery.
• Follow a GPS-navigated delivery route safely and efficiently.

• Maintain a clean, organized delivery vehicle throughout the shift.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety standards while on delivery routes.
• Return to the warehouse at the end of the shift and complete end-of-day check-in.

Delivery Driver Responsibilities – Non CDL

As a Delivery Driver at Silkway Express, you'll start and end your day at our warehouse location (DDC4, Sterling, VA), where you'll load up and head out on your route. A typical day includes:

• Report to the warehouse for morning load-out and vehicle assignment
• Load and unload the delivery vehicle with packages scheduled for delivery
• Follow a GPS-navigated delivery route safely and efficiently
• Complete all deliveries in a professional, courteous, and timely manner
• Maintain a clean, organized delivery vehicle throughout your shift
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety standards while on delivery routes
• Return to the warehouse at the end of your shift and complete end-of-day check-in
• Report any route, vehicle, or delivery issues to management promptly

Non CDL Delivery Driver Requirements

We're looking for dependable Drivers — no CDL required, no prior delivery experience necessary. Here's what you'll need:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Non CDL Driver welcome)
• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a warehouse and delivery team
• Strong time management and a customer-first attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

Delivery Driver – No CDL Required | Prior courier or delivery experience is a plus but not required.
