Job summary

Ferguson is seeking a dedicated delivery driver to service customers in Franklin, MA. You will deliver materials, assist with loading and unloading, and ensure accurate ticketing for shipments. A valid DOT medical card, 21+ age, and clean driving record are required.

The role runs Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm, with starting pay of $23/hour and opportunities for overtime. Typical benefits include medical/dental/vision, retirement plans, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a Valid Driver’s license.
• Must currently have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift items up to 50lbs.
• Background in warehouse operations and logistics is a plus.
• Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach.
• Able to navigate and operate basic technology, including iPads.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to the customer, including loading/unloading and ensuring delivery tickets.
• Pick up customer returns and validate product match for credits.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections; fuel the truck as needed; report issues to supervisor.
• Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment; receive, verify, and stock incoming material.
• Work overtime as needed.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and PPE usage.
