Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Delivery Driver to support both commercial customers and DIY shoppers with expert automotive advice and timely, safe deliveries from company-provided vehicles.

You will work with store personnel to ensure smooth operations, accurate loading/unloading, and adherence to safety guidelines while building strong customer relationships. Bilingual skills are a plus, and a clean driving record is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and safety compliance required.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts, ensuring smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment.
• Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products through AutoZone systems; maintain delivery vehicles and report issues promptly.
