Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years to apply.
• Valid driver's license and adherence to driver safety requirements.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Full-time flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! customer service by assisting commercial customers and DIY shoppers with automotive advice and installation services.
• Collaborate with store staff and commercial accounts to ensure teamwork and strong relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations and meet time/accuracy goals per policies.
• Drive company vehicles and deliver parts to commercial customers per route schedules.
• Handle returns, cores and pickups from nearby stores or vendors.
• Follow PPE and fleet safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Process cash and card transactions per policy.
• Stay updated on promotions and products; report issues with delivery vehicles.
