Job summary

Flynn’s Tire Warehouse is hiring Delivery Drivers for our Carnegie, PA distribution center. No CDL is required and drivers are HOME every night, with full-time hours and opportunities to grow within the company.

You will operate a 16–24 ft box truck, deliver tires, and provide excellent customer service while coordinating with the warehouse team. Benefits include paid training, opportunities for advancement, and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR) and background check.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Ability to lift 20–80 lbs.
• DOT medical certification preferred (obtained post hire).

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 16- to 24-foot box truck and deliver tires on scheduled routes.
• Deliver outstanding customer service on every route.
• Verify customer orders and accurately deliver tires to each stop.
• Communicate delivery updates with warehouse leadership.
• Complete pre-trip inspections, maintain DOT logs, and navigate routes with GPS.
• Support warehouse operations and assist team members as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a 16- to 24-foot box truck and maintain a strong commitment to safe driving practices
• Deliver outstanding customer service on every route by representing Flynn's Tire Warehouse in a professional manner
• Verify customer orders and accurately deliver tires to each scheduled stop
• Communicate customer feedback and delivery updates with warehouse leadership
• Complete pre-trip inspections, maintain DOT logs, and safely navigate delivery routes using GPS
• Support warehouse operations and assist team members whenever needed
