Lanham Hardwood Flooring in Fishers, Indiana is hiring a full-time Non-CDL Delivery Driver. You will perform pre-trip checks, load orders, and deliver to commercial and residential sites, prioritizing safety and accuracy.

This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule (7:00 am–4:30 pm), competitive benefits with employer-paid medical for the employee, and an annual bonus. DOT certification or the ability to obtain it is required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 70+ lbs.
• DOT medical certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug test upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-trip inspection of the delivery truck.
• Process orders, load materials, and deliver to customer sites.
• Unload products and ensure client satisfaction at delivery.
• Return paperwork and assist with warehouse duties as needed.
