Job summary

White Cap is seeking a Non-CDL Delivery Driver to join our team. You will coordinate and deliver products to customer jobsites, maintaining safety, and following DOT regulations throughout every shift.

This full-time, weekday role starts at 6 AM and offers competitive benefits. A clean driving record and the ability to pass screenings are required to help us support construction projects across North America.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of delivery or warehouse experience.
• Possesses or can obtain a DOT medical card.
• Must be able to pass Drug & Alcohol screening.
• Spanish language proficiency preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse procedures and delivery documents.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers products to customer jobsites.
• Follows DOT regulations and maintains safety standards.
• Ensures manifests and paperwork are accurate.
• May assist warehouse staff with pulling and packing orders.

A Non-CDL Driver at White Cap… Coordinates and delivers products to customer jobsites. Follows DOT regulations in accordance with vehicle maintenance and operates with a strong sense of safety. Ensures that manifests and all paperwork are accurate. May assist warehouse staff with pulling and preparing orders for shipment. Generally has 2-5 years of experience. Possesses or can obtain a DOT medical card. Performs other duties as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to work Monday - Friday starting at 6 AM


• Valid license endorsement(s) for class of vehicle being operated


• Clean driving record


• Knowledge of warehouse procedures, requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documents


• Spanish language proficiency preferred


• 26' Box truck/ flatbed experience preferred


• Must have reliable transportation


• Safety conscious


• Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol screening


• DOT Medical Card Preferred
