LKQ Corporation in Avondale, AZ is seeking a Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) to join our logistics team. This full-time role involves safely operating a 15 ft. or larger box truck to deliver auto parts to customers with a focus on reliability and customer service.

Competitive hourly pay of $18.50, weekday schedule, benefits, and opportunities for growth are offered, plus a $1,000 retention bonus and opportunities for raises based on performance.

Qualifications

• Be 21 years or older.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• At least 6 months of experience driving a 15 ft. box truck or bigger.
• No motor vehicle violations in the last 24 months.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and pass pre-employment drug screen and DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 15 ft. or larger box truck to deliver parts and accessories.
• Load, secure, and unload products using proper handling techniques.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, representing Keystone with professionalism.
• Verify orders and communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse teams.
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized; comply with DOT regulations.
