Job summary

White Cap in Knoxville is hiring immediately for a Non-CDL Delivery Driver. You will coordinate deliveries to customer job sites, load and unload as needed, and help keep the construction workflow moving smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

The position emphasizes safety and DOT compliance, accurate manifests and paperwork, strong customer service, and teamwork with warehouse staff. We offer attractive shifts (Mon–Fri), comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Spanish language proficiency (preferred)
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety practices
• Ability to follow manifests and delivery documents
• Ability to work on-site and coordinate with warehouse staff

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver products to customer jobsites.
• Follow DOT regulations in vehicle maintenance and safe operation.
• Ensure manifests and paperwork are accurate.
• May assist warehouse staff with pulling and preparing orders for shipment.
• Typically 2–5 years of delivery experience.
• Possess or obtain a DOT medical card.
• Perform other duties as needed.

• Valid license endorsement(s) for class of vehicle being operated
• Knowledge of warehouse procedures, requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documents
• Spanish language proficiency
