Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and safety compliance per company requirements.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! customer service by assisting customers and providing automotive advice.
• Work with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure strong relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations and meet time/ accuracy goals per policy.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and deliver parts to commercial customers.
• Load and unload parts according to route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from stores or outside vendors.
• Adhere to PPE and fleet safety guidelines.
• Process customer payments securely.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products and maintain delivery vehicles.
