Job summary

Dheya is seeking reliable Delivery Drivers to safely deliver packages to customers in Missouri using company vehicles. No CDL required; strong customer service and time management are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers bi-weekly pay and an hourly wage of $20–$24, plus health insurance, 401K matching, PTO, quarterly bonuses, and paid training. Schedule is Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday from our Overland, MO terminal.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or above.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Able to clear pre-employment background and drug screening.
• Prior courier experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle to deliver packages.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
• Load and unload packages.
• Plan and follow the most efficient route for timely deliveries while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Verify package accuracy and proper documentation for each delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer service by being polite, professional, and accommodating.
• Collaborate with dispatch to optimize delivery schedules and communicate delays.
• Maintain the delivery vehicle's cleanliness and report any malfunctions or violations.
