Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and comply with safety requirements.
• Basic automotive parts knowledge is required.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Full-time flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! customer service to commercial and DIY customers with clear automotive guidance.
• Collaborate with store personnel to ensure strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations with time and accuracy goals.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and load/unload parts per route schedules.
• Handle returns, cores, and pickups from nearby stores or vendors.
• Follow PPE and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving environment.
• Process customer payments securely per company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products and report vehicle issues promptly.
