AutoZone is seeking a Delivery Driver in New York, NY to provide expert automotive guidance, deliver parts to commercial customers, and support store operations. This role emphasizes safe driving, timely deliveries, and friendly, professional service within a fast-paced retail environment.

Ideal candidates have basic automotive knowledge, strong communication skills in English and Spanish, and a high school diploma or GED.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and comply with safety requirements.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by assisting commercial customers and DIY shoppers with automotive advice and installation services.
• Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure smooth teamwork and strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations and meet time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and ensure timely deliveries to commercial customers; load/unload parts per route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies for a safe driving environment.
• Process customer payments securely per company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products; maintain delivery vehicles and report issues promptly.
