The role requires 18+, a valid driver’s license, basic automotive knowledge, and physical ability to lift and load. A flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18+.
• Valid driver’s license and adherence to driver safety requirements.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Full-time flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and deliver parts to commercial customers on schedule, loading/unloading per route plans.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving environment.
• Process customer payments securely in accordance with company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products through AutoZone systems and maintain delivery vehicles.
