Job summary

AutoZone is hiring a Delivery Driver in Tampa, FL. You will use company-provided vehicles to deliver automotive parts to commercial customers and DIY shoppers, while delivering WOW! customer service and maintaining safe driving practices.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, handling returns, and ensuring accurate deliveries. No CDL required; automotive knowledge and strong communication in English (Spanish helpful) are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older.
• Valid driver's license and safety compliance per company policy.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts is preferred.
• Must be able to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Provide WOW! customer service to DIY shoppers and commercial accounts.
• Collaborate with store team to ensure smooth operations and strong customer relationships.
• Maintain delivery efficiency, meet time/accuracy goals and follow policies.
• Drive company vehicles to deliver parts to customers and unload per route.
• Handle returns, cores and pickups from stores or vendors.
• Follow PPE and fleet safety guidelines to maintain a safe workplace.
• Process cash and card transactions securely.
• Stay updated on promotions and product knowledge; report vehicle issues promptly.
