Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! customer service by assisting commercial customers and DIY shoppers with automotive advice and services.
• Drive company‑provided vehicles to deliver parts to commercial customers on schedule with accuracy.
• Load and unload parts, manage returns and pickups as needed per route.
• Adhere to safety policies, PPE guidelines and company driving standards.
• Process customer payments when required and maintain product knowledge through AutoZone systems.
