Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Valid driver\'s license and safety compliance to operate company vehicles.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts required.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! customer service by assisting commercial customers and DIY shoppers with automotive advice and installation services.
• Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts to maintain strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations and meet time/accuracy goals in line with company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles to deliver automotive parts to commercial customers; load/unload per route schedules.
• Handle returns, cores, and parts collection from stores or vendors as needed.
• Adhere to PPE and fleet safety guidelines to ensure a safe driving environment.
• Process customer payments securely following company policies.
• Stay informed on promotions and automotive products; report vehicle issues promptly.
