Qualifications

• Minimum Age: 18+
• Valid Driver’s License and safety compliance
• Basic automotive knowledge
• Physical ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise
• Flexible full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure team collaboration and strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations and meet time/accuracy goals per company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and ensure safe, timely deliveries of parts to commercial customers.
• Load and unload parts per route schedules and manage returns, cores, and pickups as needed.
• Process customer payments securely and in line with company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products and maintain delivery vehicles
