Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• No CDL required for this role.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to load/unload and verify materials for each order.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the vehicle and complete the daily inspection report.
• Follow DOT, local and state driving laws and regulations.
• Load or unload materials and ensure order accuracy and damage-free condition.
• Prepare and complete delivery documentation and obtain customer signatures.
• Assist in preparing orders for delivery or other branch duties as needed.
• Pickup material returns and inspect condition and quantities; retrieve from suppliers.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to entry-level drivers if applicable.
