Qualifications

• Minimum age 18+
• Valid driver’s license and safety compliance
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts
• Physical ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service to commercial customers and DIY shoppers with clear automotive advice and installation services
• Lead and work with store personnel and commercial accounts to maintain strong customer relationships
• Ensure efficient delivery operations and meet time/accuracy goals
• Drive company-provided vehicles and deliver parts to customers, loading/unloading per route schedule
• Handle returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or vendors
• Follow PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies for a safe driving/work environment
• Process customer payments securely (cash/credit)
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products through AutoZone systems
