AutoZone is seeking a Delivery Driver in the United States to support both commercial accounts and DIY customers with automotive parts and services. This part-time role uses company-provided vehicles and requires safe driving, adherence to policies, and strong customer interaction.

You will handle loading/unloading, returns, and pickups while maintaining vehicle upkeep and knowledge of current promotions. Bilingual skills and Hazmat endorsement are a plus.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and adhere to safety requirements.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts, ensuring smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers. Load and unload parts accurately per route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment.
• Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products through AutoZone systems. Maintain delivery vehicles and report any issues promptly.
