Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and adherence to safety requirements.
• Basic automotive knowledge.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Full-time flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by assisting commercial and DIY customers with automotive advice and installation services.
• Collaborate with store staff and commercial accounts for smooth teamwork and strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meet time and accuracy goals, follow policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and ensure safe, timely deliveries and proper loading/unloading.
• Handle returns, cores, and parts pickups from nearby stores or vendors.
• Follow PPE and fleet safety guidelines to maintain a safe driving environment.
• Process customer payments securely per company policies.
• Maintain delivery vehicles and report any issues promptly.
