AutoZone is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our store teams. You will deliver parts to commercial customers using company vehicles, provide expert automotive advice, and uphold safety and accuracy in every delivery.

This role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and reliable delivery operations in a fast-paced retail environment. The position requires a valid driver's license, basic automotive knowledge, and the ability to lift and load merchandise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License and adherence to safety requirements.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by assisting with automotive parts and offering expertise to both DIY shoppers and commercial accounts.
• Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure strong teamwork and customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and ensure safe, timely deliveries to commercial customers; load/unload per route schedules.
• Handle returns, cores, and parts pickups from nearby stores or vendors.
• Follow PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies for a safe driving environment.
• Process customer payments securely per company policies.
• Stay informed on promotions and automotive products; maintain delivery vehicles and report issues.
