Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service to commercial customers and DIY shoppers with clear automotive advice.
• Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts to maintain strong relationships.
• Maintain delivery operations, meet time and accuracy goals, follow policies.
• Drive company vehicles and ensure safe, on-time deliveries to customers.
• Handle returns, cores, and parts pickups from nearby stores or vendors.
• Follow PPE and fleet safety guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
• Process customer payments securely according to policy.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products; maintain delivery vehicles.
