Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by assisting commercial customers and DIY shoppers with automotive advice and installation services.
• Work with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure teamwork and customer relations.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meet time and accuracy goals, follow policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and deliver parts to customers safely and on time; load/unload per route.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or vendors.
• Follow PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies for a safe environment.
• Process customer payments securely per policy.
• Stay updated on promotions and maintain delivery vehicles; report issues promptly.
