Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Delivery Driver to join a team focused on WOW! customer service. You will drive company vehicles, deliver parts to commercial customers, and support store operations with accuracy and friendly interaction.

This role requires a valid driver's license, basic automotive knowledge, and physical ability to lift and load merchandise. Prior retail or automotive experience is a plus, and Hazmat endorsement is valued where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and safety compliance with driver safety requirements.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts, ensuring smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers.
