Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older.
• Valid driver’s license and safety-compliant driving required.
• Basic automotive knowledge is expected.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure smooth teamwork and strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meet time and accuracy goals, and follow company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and deliver parts safely to commercial customers; load/unload per route.
• Process returns, cores, and pickups from nearby stores or vendors.
• Follow PPE and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment.
• Handle cash and card transactions securely per policy.
• Stay updated on promotions and products; report vehicle issues promptly.
