Job summary

Ready Rabbit Delivery LLC is seeking full-time Delivery Drivers at our McKinney station. The position offers $21.25 per hour plus a bonus potential of up to $3.50 per hour, with overtime paid at time-and-a-half over 40 hours weekly. Candidates should be at least 21 years old and possess a valid U.S. driver's license.

Drivers will rotate weekend shifts and may work 10-hour days, 4 days a week. Full-time associates are eligible for health benefits after 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Huddle and route assignment with team.
• Check vehicle and load packages.
• Follow GPS route and deliver packages safely.
• Stay in contact with dispatch throughout the day.
• Assist teammates to ensure all deliveries.

$21.25 per hour plus bonus potential. Ready Rabbit Delivery is hiring full‑time Delivery Drivers at our McKinney station. Amazon Delivery Service Provider – we supply the van, fuel, route, and paid training from day one.

Commercial, DOT, CDL experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

Details

• Drivers earn $21.25 per hour plus a bonus potential of up to $3.50 per hour and a $10 daily bonus for full‑time permanent drivers who become step van trained.
• Overtime is paid at time‑and‑half over 40 hours per week.
• Anticipated hours: 35 to 40 per week. Position is a 10‑hour shift, 4 days per week.
• Ready Rabbit delivers 7 days a week; drivers rotate weekend shifts and must be able to work weekends as needed.
• Shift options: rolling 4‑day shifts (4 on / 4 off) or fixed schedule including Saturday, Sunday, or both.
• Shift start time: 10:45 a.m., may be flexible.
• Full‑time permanent associates (30+ hours) are eligible for health benefits (medical, dental, vision, STD, life insurance) and PTO after 30 days. Paid biweekly.

A Typical Ready Rabbit Day

• Huddle and route assignment with team.
• Check vehicle and load packages.
• Follow GPS route and deliver packages safely.
• Take breaks and lunch as scheduled.
• Stay in contact with dispatch throughout the day.
• Assist teammates to ensure all deliveries.
• Wrap up and prepare for next day after final delivery.

Rabbit Requirements
