Job summary

Jimmy John’s is hiring a Delivery Driver in Baxter, MN for fast-paced, friendly service. You will deliver sandwiches to customers quickly and safely, while earning tips and maintaining a flexible schedule.

When not delivering, you may assist in-shop preparation, taking orders, making sandwiches, and keeping the shop clean. Ideal candidates are 18+, hold a valid driver’s license, have insurance, and possess a clean driving record; Monday–Friday day shifts on-site are common.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license, vehicle, proof of insurance, and clean driving record
• Friendly, enthusiastic, customer-focused attitude with a willingness to hustle
• Reliable and able to work Monday to Friday day shifts on-site

Responsibilities

• Deliver fresh, made-to-order sandwiches promptly and safely within a small delivery area
• Learn and memorize the menu with 100% accuracy to assist customers and teammates
• Work as an in-shopper when not delivering: take orders, make sandwiches, and maintain cleanliness
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety standards while driving
