What You Can Earn

Our top-performing third of drivers currently average approximately $17.53/hour in total compensation, including hourly pay and customer tips, but excluding mileage reimbursement.

This figure represents the recent average for our highest-earning one-third of drivers and is provided to demonstrate earning potential. Individual results vary based on shifts worked, delivery volume, customer tips, miles driven, and other factors. No specific earnings level can be guaranteed.

Get Paid Nightly

Customer tips and mileage reimbursement may be paid out nightly, so you don’t have to wait for payday to receive them.

We operate an efficiency-focused store because we want orders ready when drivers return and as little unnecessary waiting as possible. Our focus on efficiency applies inside the store—not to taking risks on the road.

Drivers are expected to obey traffic laws, follow posted speed limits, wear seat belts, avoid distracted driving, and make safe decisions regardless of how busy we are.

We will never ask you to speed, rush a delivery, or sacrifice safety to complete another delivery. More deliveries should come from an organized store and efficient operations—not unsafe driving.

Your primary responsibility is getting every order to the customer safely. If traffic, weather, road conditions, or another situation requires extra time, take the extra time.

What You’ll Do:

What You’ll Need

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have at least 2 years of licensed driving history
• Have a reliable personal vehicle

• Be available for some evening and weekend shifts
• Have a professional, customer-friendly attitude
• Have a commitment to safe driving
