Job summary

The Aaron’s Company, Inc. in Roanoke Rapids, NC is hiring a Delivery Driver to support store operations, drive, install, move, and demonstrate merchandise.

You’ll spend time inside and outside the store, interact with customers, and help ensure a positive customer experience. The role offers an hourly pay range of $13.75 to $14.50, along with benefits such as paid time off, health coverage options, 401(k) matching, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age for positions within the United States.
• Requires a valid state driver’s license and a satisfactory motor vehicle record (MVR).
• DOT certification may be required for location.
• Ability to work a schedule with hours 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and up to 300 lbs. with assistance.
• Ability to work in all outdoor weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and secure products, and safely operate the company vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise in the store.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
