Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Delivery Driver to transport products from Sherwin-Williams stores to customers in the Olathe area. You will operate box and flat-bed trucks, load orders, verify accuracy, and maintain safety and vehicle condition.

You will provide courteous service, follow routes and schedules, complete delivery documentation, and handle customer questions or complaints. This role requires lifting up to 70 lbs and a valid license with MEC where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must have a DOT MEC or willingness to obtain within five business days of conditional offer.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must read and speak English; Spanish helpful.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers from Sherwin-Williams stores using box and flat-bed trucks.
• Load customer orders properly on the truck and ensure deliveries meet customer requirements.
• Maintain the store vehicle and report repair needs to supervision.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle questions or complaints.
• Adhere to assigned routes, time schedules, and transportation laws.
• Prepare delivery reports and operate equipment such as cars, trucks, forklifts, etc.
• Perform warehouse duties as needed, including tinting and mixing customer orders.
