Job summary

SiteOne Landscape Supply in Wheeling, IL is seeking a delivery driver to load and unload products, make timely deliveries, and ensure items arrive undamaged. You will operate a variety of non-CDL vehicles and follow all safety procedures, including in-vehicle dash cameras that support safe operations.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver’s license.
• Minimum of 3 years of driving experience.
• Ability to operate a variety of non-CDL vehicles.
• Ability to read and write to record and maintain daily records.
• Ability to perform lifting up to 50 lbs and physical tasks.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and work methods.
• Knowledge of landscape, nursery, and irrigation products is a plus.
• Pallet jack and/or forklift experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products for deliveries.
• Make deliveries and ensure product arrives undamaged.
• Operate vehicle in accordance with local, state, and federal transportation regulations.
• Follow safety guidelines and handle heavy objects as needed.
• Maintain branch property and assist with new technologies.
• Assist in store cleanliness and perform general duties when not driving.
• Do not interfere with in-vehicle dash cameras; cameras stay on during working time.
• Adhere to SiteOne safety and security protocols.
