Job summary

Sherwin-Williams in Brentwood, TN is seeking a dependable driver to deliver products from the store to customers using company vans. You will load orders, ensure accurate deliveries, and provide courteous service to support customer satisfaction and safety.

Responsibilities include following routes, completing delivery forms, maintaining the vehicle, and complying with transportation laws. Requirements: 21+, valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 70 lbs, and availability to work evenings

Qualifications

Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Ensure deliveries are prepared to meet customer requirements in the most efficient manner.
Load customer orders properly on the truck.
Ensure appropriate forms are completed.
Load, transport, and deliver items to customers in a safe, timely manner.
Maintain the store vehicle and alert the supervisor to repair and servicing needs.
Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and handle complaints from customers.
Adhere to assigned routes and follow time schedules.
Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
Prepare reports and other documents relating to deliveries.
Operate equipment and machines, such as cars, trucks, forklifts, etc.
Perform other tasks in the store, including warehouse duties and tinting.
