TBC Corporation is hiring a full-time Warehouse Delivery Driver in Tennessee. The starting pay is $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus. This role delivers automotive parts to our customers and supports safe, efficient warehouse operations.

You will operate company vehicles, load trucks, comply with DOT regulations, and maintain accurate records while upholding our People-Focused values and commitment to exceptional service.

Formación

• Safety-first mentality is essential.
• At least 1 year of delivery or box truck experience.
• Clean MVR and able to obtain DOT certification.
• Must be 21 years or older.

Responsabilidades

• Operate company vehicles in a safe, efficient, and courteous manner within TBC policies
• Pick, stage and load trucks as requested
• Understand and adhere to DOT regulations including hours of service requirements
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and operating procedures
• Adhere to predetermined route sequencing when delivering tires/equipment to customers
• Securely handle COD (cash or check) when applicable as required per company COD policy
• Maintain a clean, safe and secure vehicle and work area
• Maintain exception Customer Service based on our People Focused Values
• Come to work in a Clean and Laundered Uniform that is provided by NTW
• Operate various MHE (Material Handling Equipment) in a safe and efficient manner as needed
• Other duties as requested or needed
