Job summary

Carroll's, LLC d/b/a NTW is hiring full-time Service and Delivery Drivers for our New Jersey operation. Starting pay is $24.00–$27.00 per hour, dependent on experience, with a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities include delivering products safely, loading trucks, and maintaining inventory organization in the warehouse. Qualified candidates will have 1+ year delivery or box truck experience, a clean MVR, and the ability to meet DOT requirements.

Qualifications

• Safety first mentality.
• 1+ years of delivery experience, preferably with box trucks.
• 1+ years with no at-fault accidents; clean MVR.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license for vehicle class.
• Must obtain and maintain a DOT certificate while operating NTW vehicle.
• Must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles safely and courteously per NTW policies.
• Pick, stage and load trucks as requested.
• Adhere to DOT hours of service regulations.
• Maintain knowledge of products and operating procedures.
• Deliver to customers following predetermined routes.
• Handle COD payments per policy.
• Keep vehicle and work area clean and secure.
• Support customer service with NTW values.
• Wear provided uniform and ensure grooming standards.
• Operate MHE safely when required.
• Perform other duties as needed.
