Job summary

SMK Logistics, a Delivery Service Partner (DSP) based in California, is hiring delivery drivers to join our team supporting Amazon. This part-time role offers weekend work with a path to full-time based on performance.

You will safely deliver 240–400 packages daily, operate a delivery vehicle, load/unload up to 50 lbs, and navigate routes using a company device in all weather conditions. Before starting, complete a 2‑day training and ride-along with an experienced driver; eligibility includes

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Valid CA driver’s license (non-provisional, unrestricted).
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
• Prior delivery or customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 240–400 packages per day to homes, apartments, and businesses.
• Operate and inspect a delivery vehicle, ensuring safety and cleanliness.
• Load and unload packages up to 50 lbs.
• Tilt, push and slide packages weighing 50–70 lbs on a hand truck without a helper.
• Navigate routes using a company-provided device.
• Work in all weather conditions: rain, heat, cold, etc.

SMK Logistics is a Delivery Service Partner (DSP) based in California. We’re currently hiring delivery drivers to support our team.We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and safety-focused individuals who enjoy being on the road, staying active, and delivering smiles to customers.

Position Highlights:

• Anticipated schedule: part-time 3 daysper week, 8-10 hours per dayincluding at least one weekend day
• Extra shifts may be available, but not guaranteed
• Opportunity for full-time permanent employment: Drivers may be considered for long-term roles based on performance and business needs (review required)

What You’ll Do:

• Safely deliver 240- 400 packages per day to homes, apartments, and businesses

• Repeatedly load and unload packages up to 50lbs
• Often tilt, push and slide packages weighing between 50-70 lbs. on and off a hand truck without helper

• Maintain high standards for attendance, performance, and safety
• Support teammates as needed by assisting with additional routes
• Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service

Before your first shift, you’ll complete a 2-day training course and a ride-along with an experienced driver.
