Job summary

Ferguson is hiring a delivery driver to service customer sites in a consistent, safe, and compliant manner. You will load/unload materials, ensure accurate ticketing, and support warehouse operations as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of commercial truck driving experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Follow all DOT standards and regulations.
• Maintain a valid DOT Medical card as required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Warehouse/logistics experience a plus.
• Strong communicator with a customer focus.
• Able to operate basic technology including iPads.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to customers, assist with loading/unloading, and ensure delivery ticket accuracy.
• Pickup customer returns and validate product for credit.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; fuel the vehicle as needed; report issues to supervisor.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist warehouse with pulling/packing orders and stocking incoming material.
• Work overtime as needed.
• Adhere to safety regulations including PPE, with harness up to 400 lbs.
