Job summary

Ferguson is seeking a warehouse associate in Amarillo, TX to support delivery, loading/unloading, and order preparation. The role involves daily truck duties, safety compliance, and assisting with inventory and loading tasks.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM with possible overtime. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required; pre-employment screenings apply. Ferguson offers competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years old.
Valid Driver's license and ability to meet DOT standards.
Must currently have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card.
Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs.
Background in warehouse operations and logistics is a plus.
Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach.
Able to navigate and operate basic technology, including iPads.

Responsibilities

Deliver materials to customers, assisting with loading/unloading and ensuring delivery tickets are provided.
Pick up customer returns and verify product matches for credits.
Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck, and report issues.
Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures.
Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment, receiving, verifying, staging and stocking material.
Overtime may be required.
Adhere to all safety regulations, including PPE usage.
