Responsibilities

• Obtain proof of delivery for each package with signature and date/time.
• Notify supervisor about delays or problems in delivery or pickup.
• Complete runs and report completion to dispatcher.
• Manage petty cash expenditures as needed.
• Organize transportation to deliver packages as required.
• Meet customer requirements and resolve issues as needed.
• May fill in as Dispatcher when required.
