Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• MVR within company guidelines.
• Previous delivery experience preferred.
• Lift/move up to 75 lbs.
• Operate job-related equipment (hand truck).
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Verifies load against shipping papers.
• Drives van and box truck to destination.
• Collects payment for goods and charges.
• Minimizes damage through proper handling.
• Maintains positive customer relations and resolves issues.
• Maintains a van log per regulations.
• Remains in contact with supervisor for instructions.
• Loads and unloads the vehicle.
• Inspects tires, lights, brakes, and fluids.
• Performs basic roadside repairs as needed.
• Maintains a neat appearance and professional conduct.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
