Jet Flow Logistics LLC in Lebanon, TN is seeking motivated Delivery Associates for our new delivery service partnership with Amazon. You will drive a company-provided van on a set route, deliver 200–350 packages per day, and use a handheld device for scans and confirmations.

We offer pay of $21.50–$23.50 per hour, weekly pay, training, and opportunities for growth. This is a full-time/part-time role with 4 days on, 3 off, and weekends required.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license with clean record.
Must be 21+ years old.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform outdoor work.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather.
Prior delivery or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a company-provided delivery van on assigned route.
Deliver 200–350 packages per day.
Use handheld device for navigation, scanning, and confirmations.
Load/unload packages and lift up to 50 lbs.
Provide friendly, professional service at each stop.
Follow safety protocols and complete routes within a 10-hour window.
