Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a delivery driver to service local stores on an assigned route, delivering beverages and merchandising to standards. You will unload, stock products in backrooms and on shelves, and set up promotional displays while building positive relationships with store teams.

The role requires a valid CDL, strong English communication and physical stamina to lift and move cases throughout shifts. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid CDL with Non-Excepted Interstate Status.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Lift 20–45 pounds repeatedly; push/pull 40–150 pounds.
• Able to reach, squat and bend during deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery vehicle on assigned route and deliver product to customer locations, including Foodservice.
• Unload product and stock on shelves, displays, and in coolers/vending equipment to company standards.
• Build small displays and set up promotional materials (pricing signs, banners).
• Generate invoices and complete daily settlement of cash and charges; collaborate with store management.
