Job summary

PepsiCo in Grand Rapids, MI is hiring a delivery driver to stock and merchandise beverages at local stores. You will drive a route, unload pallets, rotate stock on shelves, and set up displays while building relationships with store personnel.

This full‑time position requires a valid CDL Class A license, English communication skills, and the ability to lift 20–45 pounds repeatedly while loading and unloading.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery vehicle on assigned route and deliver products to customer locations including Foodservice.
• Unload product and place it in designated backroom areas using pallet jack or hand truck as needed.
• Rotate and stock product on shelves and in coolers to meet local standards and ensure freshness.
• Build displays and set up promotional materials such as pricing signs and banners.
• Generate invoices and complete daily settlement of cash and charges; coordinate with store management for delivery acceptance.

Deliver and merchandise beloved brands like Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina by driving a route to serve local stores, unloading and merchandising to standards, and building positive relationships to ensure communities have access to quality beverages safely and on time.

What You’ll Do

• Drive the delivery vehicle on an assigned route and deliver product to customer locations (including Foodservice)
• Unload product and place it in designated backroom areas using an electronic pallet jack or hand truck, as needed
• Rotate and stock product on shelves, displays, and in coolers/vending equipment to meet local standards and ensure freshness
• Build small displays and set up promotional materials such as pricing signs and banners
• Generate invoices, complete daily settlement of cash and charges, and work closely with store management/receiving personnel for acceptance of deliveries

Minimum Qualifications

• 21 years or older
• Valid CDL Class A License with Non-Excepted Interstate Status and Follow DOT regulations (Note: In all California locations except Stockton, both non-excepted intrastate and non-excepted interstate status are accepted for this position. In Stockton, CA, only non-excepted interstate status is accepted.)
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Position requires lifting and loading cases ranging from 20-45 pounds repeatedly during work hours; and pushing/pulling using from 40 - 150 pounds of force, occasionally (with or without accommodation)
• Position requires reaching, squatting and bending while delivering and merchandising products in the store (with or without accommodation)
